I’m going to say that it doesn’t work for everyone, but if you have dark spots on your face and body you may want a turmeric serum for them. That being said here are the ingredients that we will be using for the dark spots on the face.

Some Ingredients and Directions About Dark Spots:

Turmeric Powder:

The main ingredient of this medicine is turmeric powder. This particular type of turmeric is made from curcuminoids. Curcuminoids are naturally extracted in turmeric from various herbs. You can also use some other types of turmeric as well. We will be using pure turmeric powder to get rid of all of these impurities. Pure turmeric powder = Raw + Boiled = Smooth paste you will see after crushing the turmeric.

Saffron Oil:

A good amount of saffron oil will give enough hydration to your skin. In saffron oil, add some turmeric powder and mix well then make a refined oil. Don’t mix with any other oils or creams, just apply it to your face. When mixing it up don’t forget to massage in between every application. Make sure to pat your face before applying this oil.

Ripe Banana-Rinds:

Just like the name implies these rinds are actually taken from ripe bananas. Ripe banana skins contain more vitamin C than regular bananas which helps to soothe redness and dark spots on your body and face. you can also mix some turmeric powder in ripped banana rinds paste because Ripe Banana-Rinds peel contains resveratrol because which is a good antioxidant and turmeric is also an antioxidant.

Chamomile Essential Oil:

Chamomile and turmeric have been used for centuries. Many people think chamomile and turmeric will make their skin look fresh and younger. However, no such thing has been proven so far. On top of soothing your skin and giving you better sleep. Chamomile oil and turmeric do not cause acne breakouts.

If applied consistently your skin looks much healthier and less dry. Take 2 drops of chamomile essential oil and 1 pinch of turmeric powder into a small roller bottle and go one step further. Massage this into your back, neck, and anywhere else that feels tight and raw about four times daily. These simple steps will leave your skin looking more youthful at night.

Strawberry Juice:

Strawberries and turmeric are great for your eye health because they contain astringent acids and antioxidants. It is thought that the acidity in strawberries and turmeric would help to tighten eyelashes. Take strawberry juice and turmeric and mix well and apply this strawberry juice with turmeric twice a day on the inner corner of your eyes.

Another tip to prevent dry eyes is to place a cotton ball in your mouth, stick it out and rub it in. Rubbing or rubbing your face with a wet towel or pillow will loosen it up in the morning. Strawberry juice and turmeric were used extensively when preparing my recipe for lightening my eyes.

Coconut water:

Coconut water is known as a perfect source of electrolytes. Using coconut water with turmeric instead of drinking sodas keeps you hydrated no matter what time of day or night you choose to drink. Sugar-free juices are still good for your health, just try adding lemon juice or lime juice to your diet. Adding sugar-free juice with turmeric can result in unhealthy blood sugar spikes so stick and mix.

Caffeine/Cola:

Cola is a diuretic that pulls excess fluid out of the body through sweat, urine, or other bodily fluids. By replacing empty calories with high-fiber foods, cola becomes a problem. Our bodies need the energy to process everyday activities and cola is not a good option because caffeine takes hold of too many cells. Too much caffeine could take its toll over time leading to dehydration.

Replacing soda with water will keep you hydrated throughout the day. Try to limit your cola intake during lunch and you will notice a difference in how quickly you feel your energy levels.

Yogurt:

Yogurt isn’t just a good probiotic, it can do wonders for your skin. Not only does yogurt gently exfoliate your skin, but it also cleanses it. It hydrates your skin by softening your pores, making it appear less oily. In the plain yogurt mix some turmeric powder and apply your face it is a good skincare routine, look for yogurts that contain live cultures that have specific enzymes they want to cleanse your skin.

Yogurt and Turmeric powder

Choose organic soymilk, kefir, or kombucha. Use a spoonful of thick yogurt and add turmeric powder and make for your facial skin to remove dead skin cells and brighten your complexion. Be careful not to scrub your skin too hard or there will be a negative reaction, like hives. After cleansing your skin, massage natural oils around the affected areas.

You want to add sunflower seed (or avocado if you prefer) along with olive oil. Vitamin E oil and turmeric are best but they will strip away your makeup. Once you’re done massaging, rinse off with warm water. After bathing, you can add honey-infused water to replenish lost moisture. To achieve healthy-looking skin try keeping both areas of your face washed using ice-cold water and mild soap.

Keep your skin clean by using gentle yet effective products like toner and moisturizer. Remember, if you're not washing your face regularly, you'll become dehydrated and the toxins that accumulate in the pores can lead to blackheads, pimples, and increased sensitivity to sunlight.

What to Expect From Your Skin?

The first few days you will experience a “tasting” of certain smells like rosemary, lavender, and even vinegar. As time goes on your skin will begin to show signs of improved hydration and an overall improvement in appearance. Some of the changes include a smoother texture of your skin, fewer breakouts, fading of age spots, and brighter, lighter-colored skin.

During the treatment of turmeric, you will definitely see results within two weeks of you starting on the remedy. However, it may take a little longer and maybe one to three weeks for most people due to our different biological reactions to this medication. It may take two months or even a year for your skin to fully recover from this remedy.

What’s important to remember is how long your beauty regimen takes to take effect. Most skin care routines start showing results within a couple of days. But since some people have sensitive skin, their experiences may vary. Be patient. Even though, it seems to last forever. Like anything, it is necessary to follow up with your provider for a checkup and dosage adjustments.
