Turmeric Powder:
The main ingredient of this medicine is turmeric powder. This particular type of turmeric is made from curcuminoids. Curcuminoids are naturally extracted in turmeric from various herbs. You can also use some other types of turmeric as well. We will be using pure turmeric powder to get rid of all of these impurities. Pure turmeric powder = Raw + Boiled = Smooth paste you will see after crushing the turmeric.
Saffron Oil:

Take strawberry juice and turmeric and mix well and apply this strawberry juice with turmeric twice a day on the inner corner of your eyes.

Too much caffeine could take its toll over time leading to dehydration.
Replacing soda with water will keep you hydrated throughout the day. Try to limit your cola intake during lunch and you will notice a difference in how quickly you feel your energy levels.
Yogurt:
Yogurt isn’t just a good probiotic, it can do wonders for your skin. Not only does yogurt gently exfoliate your skin, but it also cleanses it. It hydrates your skin by softening your pores, making it appear less oily. In the plain yogurt mix some turmeric powder and apply your face it is a good skincare routine, look for yogurts that contain live cultures that have specific enzymes they want to cleanse your skin.

You want to add sunflower seed (or avocado if you prefer) along with olive oil. Vitamin E oil and turmeric are best but they will strip away your makeup. Once you’re done massaging, rinse off with warm water. After bathing, you can add honey-infused water to replenish lost moisture. To achieve healthy-looking skin try keeping both areas of your face washed using ice-cold water and mild soap.
Keep your skin clean by using gentle yet effective products like toner and moisturizer. Remember, if you're not washing your face regularly, you'll become dehydrated and the toxins that accumulate in the pores can lead to blackheads, pimples, and increased sensitivity to sunlight.
What to Expect From Your Skin?
